    Focal person for all Health Pooled Fund project implementation in two States (Northern Bahr El Ghazal (Lot 17) and Unity Lot 21) supporting health teams in Five (5) counties through a network of 74 health facilities (14 PHCCs and 60 PHCUs.Lead person for the project coordination, donor reporting, and grants & Partnership management as well as meeting the goals and objectives of the project on time while maintaining the overall standard quality expected of health programs. Responsible for training and capacity-building efforts of front-line health staff.Support health managers to develop and enforce program procurement and spending plans for each field site.Support the development of supportive supervision plans by each site managers and other program staff and ensure robust support supervision to the local health authorities.Conduct regular monthly program priorities activities review for relevance and adaptations proposed through analysis needs, gaps, and coverage.
