    In my role as a global sales coordinator and project manager I am tackling the following main tasks:- run and support various projects to facilitate new and existing business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow- support digital project executions such as improving tools like B2B and B2C e-commerce- support go to market scenarios for products or brands of the BMC Group- support and lead key initiatives such as digital transformation, sales strategies and market research- support and lead processes such as forecasts, pricing, sales conditions, trainings and overall sales strategyIn this role I was able to lead and implement the following two main projects improving the B2B sales performance of the company:- B2B Customer Segmentation framework - I built and implented a data based scoring model to qualify our B2B partners into segments to be able to steer strategy and efforts of the sales force- B2B Prospects Evaluation - I built and implented an objective and subjective scoring and evaluation model to be able to quality potential B2B partners as a baseline for onboarding decisions. This evaluation framework ensures the quality of growth in the dealer network of BMC and therefore supporting the sales force to invest time and energy into to most promising prospects- my current project includes renewing the pricing process within BMC and conducting a first customer survey to measure their price sensitivity and willingness to pay for our product range

    In my time at BikeBox I successfully guided the launch of our E-Commerce including a Webshop, an outlet and a longtime rent business. Within this project I built up a customer and sales support team of 5 highly motivated individuals who took care of the daily business with our customers. As a team we successfully built up all the necessary processes such as shipment, returns, customer live support and warehouse management. Besides the E-Commerce project I supported and lead our 7 bike shops and helped them grow as teams as well as to professionalize processes. During this time we successfully opened and onboarded new shops into our construct always with the goal of making cycling available to everybody in Switzerland.
