Following regulations regarding flexible working hours I managed the system for the team, clearing exceptions and recording ad-hoc absences ensuring each team knew their hours and holiday entitlements.Travel arrangements for team members, civilians and military - hire car booking, flights, trains and hotel bookings, recording all bookings on the system for audit trails. Department credit card holder. Purchasing required items, transaction log for audit trails.Ensure all mandatory training is completed - send to the section heads weekly. Record on the learning and development reports. Offer new training opportunities to department heads.
