Find out a market opportunity by adapting the FTTH Home Solution to the whole B2B Clientes Segment. Develop an integrated business plan, creating the model and it's potential benefits. Presented in orden to influence the necessary stakeholders, implying negotiations with different areas of the company. Currently the project is ongoing and FTTH Technology is about to be launched to the market.

In the context of an inflationary economy, the cost of access means for B2B services increased in line with inflation. This scenario led to a progressive loss of revenue that ended with an increase of final prices above market prices. Given this situation, I proposed as a solution, the incorporation of GPON / FTTH technology as a means of access for B2B segment products such as MPLS access, dedicated Internet, SIP Trunk and other products with SLA and guaranteed bandwidth.As the leader of the initiative, I had the responsibility to sell the idea to each area of the company, perform the installation of the first prototype, lead the work teams for its industrialization, generate the master business plan and the marketing plan. I also developed the product manual and trained all the areas to incorporate this technology. In May 2018, after intense testing and negotiations, the incorporation of this technology as a means of accessing B2B segment products was commercially launched resulting in a decrease in costs of around 1500% and a reduction of installation times of 50% among other improvements.
