    - Hand picked to manage Smart Drive compliance for all of the transportation teams in the state of Texas. Smart Drive is a camera system that is automatically triggered based off of driver performance or can be manually triggered. This technology is 100% for driver safety so that leaders can identify positive and coachable behavior. My role is to track all events that trigger the system, ensure all transportation teams are coaching their drivers, implement processes to help drive safety initiatives, identify problems and come up with SMART goals to make all drivers safer in yards and over the road driving for Amazon. Resulted in dropping the regional Safety Score from a 6 to a 3 where the lower the number, the better. This score has not been achieved since by new program owners- Selected to manage the Commercial Driver License Driver Qualification File for all transportation associates in five buildings covering Waco, Pflugerville, Kyle, and San Marcos, TX. This program ensures that all drivers are fully certified to drive over the road for Amazon and that they meet all Amazon regulations as well as DOT regulations to drive safely in Texas.- Responsible for the successful dispatch of up to 110K of volume in one shift as well as a successful outbound dock management system that accounts for over 200K of volume in one shift. Manages personnel schedules, PTO, UPT, safety for 4 Amazon Buildings, dispatch, pallet build, trailer utilization, PPP, PPL, 3P drivers, hostler drivers, day cabs, inbound/outbound arrivals and departures, Cross Dock, and many other metrics. - Chosen to perform duties as the night shift Operations Manager for 4 Amazon Buildings as well as the Safety subject matter expert and safety manager for the same 4 buildings. Additionally I am helping with regional safety for sites all across Texas.
