Responsible for the safe and efficient running of one of the UK’s top music venues, providing all guests with a positive experience and exceptional service. Managing the bars ensuring they are fully equipped, stocked and adequately staffed, to provide competent service and a pleasant, safe working environment. Maintaining radio contact with Security Staff, regularly reviewing crowd profile, numbers and location, systematically carrying out building walk rounds, checking for adequate ventilation and confirming all fire exits are clear enabling a safe evacuation in the event of an emergency. Other tasks include completing a written report of the evening, making sure to note any unacceptable behaviour, accidents, ejections or service refusals including final attendance, staff hours and Z reports.As a Gig Rep you are responsible for the running of the show, liaising with the artists, Tour Managers and the venue Manager to ensure that the gig runs smoothly. Completing Risk Assessments and implementing adequate steps to reduce risks, finalising a show stop procedure should it be necessary. Handling of ticket sales through the multiple vendors and recording all show related costs and payments to the artist, completing an end of night cash flow report and submitting a copy of this to DF Concerts accounts department.
