    Software, technology and strategy consulting engagements including:Digital Platform Optimisation, UBSUBS engaged Industrie IT specifically for our expertise in digital platforms and UX design. We have been working with UBS to implement a managed service that optimises and enhances the user interface for a critical, client facing equities trading platform in real time. WealthHub Migration Lead, National Australia BankAccountable for the strategy, design and execution of the nabtrade migration, which was part of a $200M strategic platform program for the NAB. In October 2012 this culminated with the successful execution of the Australia’s second largest broker to broker migration. Migrating 152,000 clients and $8B of assets, the ASX called this “the smoothest migration we’ve ever done”. Solution Architecture Review, Aussie Home LoansSolution architecture review of the Aussie Toolbox program, which was a strategic initiative to implement a new loan origination platform for their brokers. The assessment considered a number of key aspects required to ensure the successful delivery of the platform, with particular reference to scalability, maintainability, security, availability, and fit for purpose. The review delivered pragmatic, tangible recommendations that were adopted by the client and as a result, resulted in Industrie IT becoming a key delivery partner for Aussie.

Took on a number of roles during this $25M PeopleSoft upgrade programme, including transition manager, change management lead, solution architect and analyst. Responsible for core change management activities across a population of 25,000 staff and students, cut over planning for the new system and reengineering of critical aspects of the solution architecture. Worked with key stakeholders during 4Q2009 to engage OCS on a full program assessment, followed by a complete overhaul of the program’s leadership team.
