    As a part of PwC's HR Transformation and Technology Practice, I focus primarily on delivering Human Capital Management transformations to my clients. While technology can typically play a large role in the transformation effort, my team at PwC focuses on driving complete business transformation that starts with defining a vision for the transformation effort, and then follows an approach that leads my clients to define Guiding Principles for transformation, define / refine the future state business process, and then design / configure / build a technology solution to achieve the vision defined at the outset of the program.While I have worked across a wide array of technologies in my career, I currently focus primarily on leading Cloud technology based transformations. In my tenure at PwC, I have worked with over 40 clients spanning a range of industries: Professional Services, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications, Federal Government, Media, Healthcare, High Tech, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Data Processing.

    At PwC, I work primarily in the HCM and Talent Management space, delivering business transformation efforts via Oracle cloud-based solutions. In this role, I’ve worked with over a dozen different clients to implement Oracle Fusion and Taleo solutions in the Talent Management space. Additionally, I lead the development of PwC’s Oracle Fusion and Taleo technical resources in the HCM space. This entails not only growing our team members, but building out our technical capabilities through tools that we can offer our clients to assist with the “move to the cloud.”
