    Served on the Board of the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) that was established to act as the main vehicle for providing retirement and other social security benefits to workers in the country. As a member of the board, we were responsible corporate oversight in terms of policy and institutional governance and ensure that NAPSA legislation was enforced. The major accomplishments included the formulation of NAPSA Investment Guidelines, Construction of the Levy Business Park and the Construction of Residential Housing Projects around the country.

Led numerous Zambian delegations to and represented Zambia at numerous international conferences on social security issues.
