Providing Business/Service Development and Corporate Fundraising support. Designed and implemented a new KPI scorecard for the organisations key performance metrics. This is used to inform the Exec Team, Staff and Board of Trustees on a regular basis. Member of the Fundraising Board who raised £6.2m to build the William Quarriers Scottish Epilepsy Centre which opened on time and within budget in April 2013. The facility is now the most technically advanced epilepsy centre in the world. Member of the team who successfully bid for Quarriers being appointed as National Charity for The Ryder Cup 2014. Funds raised from the Quarriers Ryder Cup project will be used to develop a new Coaching Programme for disadvantaged children and adults. Developed and implemented a Product Design Challenge for Scottish Universities to include as part of the curriculum. This will stimulate creativity and the generation of product solutions to help some of the people we support while providing the students a chance to work on real life challenges and fundraising activities. All of these are fascinating areas to be involved with and hugely worthwhile in terms of their importance to this amazing organisation and the people it supports.
