    During my time with Hyundai in Singapore I was responsible for the co-ordination and managment of all MEP services for Marina Square, Changi Airport Terminal II and SuntecCity.Marina Square being three five star hotels built on a four storey podium on reclaimed land. The special challenge was single pass direct sea water cooling.Changi Airport Terminal II was finished to a very high standard with a then, unfashionably large, retail space.Suntec City was and is a huge convention centre with four 44 storey towers and one 22 storey tower all connected with a large retail space. Fire engineering was a challenge.
