    Responsible for the business development activities for all Military related projects. This included the marketing activities for the BAe146M platform including an Air to Air Refuelling variant.Project Management and Business responsibilities for ensuring contracts were delivered to schedule, cost and quality within the governance frameworks, including conducting design and contract reviews.Led the Engineering and Supply Chain support to the QinetiQ Heavy Aircraft Replacement Programme. This included development of Flight Test systems for an Avro RJ70 for the renowned Empire Test Pilots’ School.Engineering Integration Manager responsible for the conversion of two BAe146-200 QC aircraft for the UK MoD in response to an Urgent Operations Requirement. The role included managing the support from a third-party conversion centre. This was a highly successful award-winning project. Responsible for the Regional Aircraft support to BAE Systems Military Air Systems on a range of UAV projects including the HERTI, SUAV(E), and MANTIS platforms and the ASTRAEA certification activities.

EASA CVE and Design Approved Organisation delegated signatory.Led the continuous development of the jet and turboprop types for compliance with the latest airworthiness and operating regulations and to deliver customer required product enhancementsResponsible for the technical governance and product safety across a wide range of products and projects throughout the design life cycle. Provided aerodynamics support and consultancy including to other aircraft manufacturers such as Airbus UK and with adjacent market sectors including UAV programmes.Represented the business on the Ice Protection Harmonisation Working Group (IPHWG), an international working group tasked with developing the Part 25 icing regulations requirements.

    Worked as an engineering consultant advising the Indonesian aircraft manufacturer IPTN on all aspects of the N250-100 turboprop Part 25 certification programme.Was based at the IPTN aircraft manufacturing facility in Bandung, Indonesia, throughout this period.Co-ordinated the Aerodynamics, Flight Mechanics, Performance and Aircraft Icing aspects of the consultancy for both the N250-100 and CN235-220 programmes.Responsibilities included advising and assisting with all aspects of the certification programme: Certification Compliance Plans, Resolution of Engineering Issues, Aircraft Production Issues, Development Flight Testing, Certification Flight Test Requirements, Development Wind Tunnel Testing, and Correspondence with the Certification Authorities DGAC(I) and JAA.
