I ensure the budgetary requirements are defined and met to maintain the technology footprint within the business. I liaise with external providers and licensing partners to ensure we meet our obligations to the business and to external providers.I have worked on reducing technology costs within the business ranging from how music is played in the stores to how the stores connect with the rest of the business to how the core business systems can be used to streamline the business.

    Architected the solution framework for the real-time NGN billing solution. I managed the product lifecycle of the NGN billing system for 3G, 4G and WiMAX service providers in mainly developing countries. I also provided pre-sales support to the sales team visiting customers. I was also responsible for post-sales implementation solution design. This required me to define and document the customers implementation requirements to allow configuration and modification to the product. I managed the identification of customer feature requests as core product or customer specific requirements.

Argent’s customers included the world’s largest communication providers, servicing and billing millions of subscribers in over 25 countries across the globe.My role was to ensure the products delivered by the company met the requirements of the market, from architecture through development, to customer pre-sales and implementation.
