    As the General Manager for SCM and MIS, my responsibilities encompassed multiple functions. I reported to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. I engineered and implemented standard operating procedures (SOP) for Supply Chain function, Gap Analysis and continuous improvements and liaised with internal and external stakeholders and customers for project and product requirement. I also analysed statistical data and reports to ascertain performance trends to ensure maximum effective and efficient use of logistical resources and managed material goods and equipment inventories and accountability leading to zero percent loss to the organisation. I was also able to predict constraints in performance to support operations bringing about changes implemented that allowed for operations to continue without disruption in all 10 telecom circles. Furthermore, I led and mentored 15 fifteen individuals in Supply Chain, Maintenance, Projects, and Distribution operations and oversaw and coordinated the transportation of equipment and materials valued at approximately AUD 30.5M with no operations interruption in all ten telecom circles. I served as the lead in Procurement of OFC repair and maintenance capital equipment’s values AUD 20M through vendor finance. In the same vein, I managed solar project for 500 Telecom sites valued at AUD 25M from site planning, material procurement and delivery, site construction, erection, and installation of solar while achieving a three-year break-even for a ten-year fixed cost project and designed and implemented customer centric logistics, 3PL and the likes for various on-going project for multiple customers as well as developed and implemented Warehouse Inventory Management System of Spares requirement. It was also my duty to generate various reports and dashboard for keeping track of procurements, inventories, and deliveries and to provide an overall overview of supply chain management to the stakeholders.
