    The USAID Read to Succeed project was focused on improving learner performance in the early grades of government public schools by incorporating initiatives that support both learners and school management systems. My role as community mobilization officer was to facilitate for the participation of all stakeholders including local communities in such support initiatives through school community partnerships. As M&E officer my responsibilities included capturing and managing field data and inputting the data into the USAID/RTS online database.
