      In my role as an Azure Technician at Sci-Net, I'm responsible for deploying and managing our customer's Cloud Infrastructure environments. Through this I've become experienced with many core components of Azure including Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, Networking, VPN gateways and Key Vaults. I was able to harness my PowerShell knowledge to produce many scripts to allow colleagues unfamiliar with PowerShell to still be able to make necessary changes to service tiers. I thankful to have had the opportunity to learn about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and I regularly perform installations and administrative tasks to support both the customer and my colleagues via support tickets. In my handling of tickets I ensure to gather as much information as possible to aid the troubleshooting process and keep the client informed of progress and solutions. I take great pride in the thorough documentation and guides I produce to support my team in developing their skills. I relish the opportunity to support my colleagues by sharing my knowledge and experience gained through my years of experience of studying Computer Science at school/university as well as learning on the job in my prior role as a junior Azure technician.
