- Responsibilities as an Architectural Coordinator for Mattamy Homes included ensuring that any and all architectural drawings that were sent to trades, contracting and sales departments and to the clients all matched and were correct.- Responsible for architectural controls including colour choices and elevation styles for the Edmonton division of Mattamy Homes- Maintained any records of change to the drawing sets and ensured these changes were reflected on all relevant sets of drawings- Dealt directly with the trades on site do deal with any problems found within the drawing sets. Provided solutions to the trades either through on-site visits or finding the appropriate information from outside sources like engineers or the design firm- Looked over and approved invoices related to the Architecture Department in a timely manner. These invoices would be submitted by trades for work outside of their original contract. Thorough research would need to be done in order to make certain that the trades were being paid fairly while ensuring Mattamy was not paying for work that either didn't need to be done, or that Mattamy did not pay twice for the same work.- Coordinated revisions and ensured consistency between advertising material and promotional brochures.

Recently specialized and focused on creating hi-quality, photorealisticrenderings using Google Sketch-Up and Podium renderingsoftware. Assisted the Elbow Valley West design review committee onArchitectural Controls, with design advice and correspondence to theirclients. Responsibilities included ensuring historical accuracy onsubmitted designs, reviewing colour and finish choices and checkingthat grading information is accurate and complete. Primarily used Microstation V8 to fabricate drawings as well asMicrostation XM and the new Microstation V8i. Created threedimensionalmodels of houses using SketchUp and Podium to createlife-like renderings. Also have 1 year of experience using Revit at abasic level. Trained in AutoCAD and exceptional at learning andusing new programs as needed.
