     Responsible for overall manufacturing and packing process to ensure production output to meet company quality standard.  Inspect and verify received material, production process and finished products to meet quality standard. Coordinate with the quality team to prepare documents process and cleaning validation. Maintain quality control documents (e.g. BMR, SOP, log books, calibration report, temperature record, qualification protocol/reports and MSDS) and good housekeeping at all times according to cGMP  Manage delivery of finished products to comply with cGDP regulation to ensure customer satisfaction.  Participate in the investigation of deviations and incidents in the manufacturing and packing processes Conduct investigation of deviate/OOS/complaint to identify the root cause and crate effective CAPA to prevent recurrence. Prepare for the GMP and safety audit. Determine the corrective & preventive actions based on deviation and audit report. Mitigate immediate and risky situations and then coordinate with responsible party for correction. Assist in sourcing and procurement of qualified machine and change part to support production and new product introduction. Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare documents machine qualification.
