Feller Law Group, PLLC provides advisory services on regulatory compliance, energy policy, and corporate law. Our team is led by Natara G. Feller, Esq., a veteran energy attorney. After law school, Natara began her career at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, continued to build her expertise in “big law” and eventually founded Feller Law Group. In addition to her role as principal, Natara is active in the professional community and regularly writes for top energy industry publications. Originally founded as a full service energy law firm by managing member Natara G. Feller, Esq., Feller Law Group has grown its practice to serve corporate clients across highly regulated industries. With offices in Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Princeton, our attorneys are highly skilled in navigating the intricacies of government to provide guidance with regulatory compliance, administrative law, government and regulatory affairs, and business counseling. Our core practice areas include Federal and State Energy Law, Retail Energy Supply, Sustainable Energy & Emerging Technologies, Administrative and Regulatory Law, Commercial Transactions and Counseling, Legalized Cannabis, and Government & Regulatory Affairs. Feller Law Group is firstly a nuts and bolts energy compliance and transactions law firm with a great deal of experience with FERC, RTO/ISO, and state energy issues. We guide our clients through the market based rate application process, advise on becoming a market participant in RTO/ISOs, and keep our clients in compliance with all required filings thereafter. Feller Energy Law Group also provides advisory services on state compliance issues, including supplier licensing and RPS requirements. We also have extensive experience drafting and negotiating wholesale supply and retail sale agreements.
