In my role I work with the senior leadership team to build leadership capacity at all levels of the organization. We do this through core processes to drive talent development including: leadership competency model development, talent review - identification and assessment of high potential talent, individual development planning and coaching, and ongoing progress tracking and review of candidates. Gundersen Health System's talent development processes have been featured as a best practice by the Washington DC based Advisory Board Company HR Investment Center.In addition, I collaborate with the Chief Learning Officer in the design and delivery of all physician leadership programs and initiatives. I lead the implementation of our corporate wide resilience and stress management program: Revitalizing Care using the HeartMath methodology.
