     Oversee all aspects of quality control, this includes inspection of materials, and products ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. Research, develop and implement Quality/Technical procedures. Maintain the Quality Management System. Ensure that all conducted processes comply with the standard. Raise non-conformances for anything not complying to ISO 9001:2015 standard and follow up on corrective actions/plans.  Check quality surveys feedback from clients, follow up on poorly rated ones, and raise a Non-conformance if necessary. Ensure that all the quality documents (including procedures) are up to date. Conduct internal audits. Develop, manage, monitor, and maintain Quality Control procedures. Manage quality control of all manufactured products - that includes labeling of the products. Collect statistics for each product test, using control charts and come up with product specifications based on the data collected and labmix.  Train new quality control team members and ensure that they can perform tasks unsupervised. Ensure that all products have appropriate labels with all the necessary information needed. Outsource testing of some chemicals for quality checks when required. Order laboratory reagents and equipment.  Set up titration stations, and titration methods; validate; and implement. Prepare Testkits for sales representatives and clients. Assist sales personnel in water testing when required. Daily issuing of COAs – checking the COAs created by a Quality Controller assistant if everything is correctly reported and is within specification and sign the COA off.  Create/review MSDSs for manufactured products. Register products on NRCS, and NSF. Maintain all products registration certificates by ensuring that organisation comply with the registration body requirements.
