Served as the designee of the CEO on key district initiatives including union negotiations of contracts and evaluation.

Strategically executed $10 million in grant funds to implement the contract.• Accomplishments: Served as advisor to other major urban districts on implementing similar labor/management negotiations and agreements, as well as being the primary source of information for a Harvard Business School case study and an EDWeek article on the subject of union negotiation in public education.
