    Responsible for export of around 6.0 million tonnes of Urea and Ammonia per annum from the facilities consisting of 5 dedicated berths having 6 ship loaders and 2 ammonia loading arms. Annually around 300 marine vessels are handled. Also responsible for container handling, loading and export. Besides Urea handling have experience in handling of DAP, Sulphur & Rock phosphate, Potash unloading and handling experience.Worked with Ameco( France) Taylor Woodrow (UK), GEC Alsthom ( UK)ThyssenKrupp ( Germany) Eurotechnica( Italy) Saipem ( Italy)to commission 5 state of the art Bulk and Bag handling projects and Liquid Ammonia storage, handling & shipping and melamine robotic bagging project .Port Management Handle port management activities like berthing, sailing of vessels, stevedoring, coordinating with surveyors for quantity survey and with agents etc.  Keep track of loading / unloading operations to minimize demurrage and maximize dispatch and avoid time over runs. Implementation of Jetty procedures, coordinate with Chief Officers/ Master of the vessels and implement ISPS and AQIS.Operations Management Oversee Bulk loading / bagging operations including planning of cargo, inventory, maintenance of loading equipment to optimize operations. Container & truck loading, handling, storage and export.  Calibration of critical equipments for preservation of quality & quantity & customers satisfaction. Trouble shooting of equipment and reduce down time.Leadership & Team Management: Lead the team of personnel for successful operations. Guide, train and advice team members on performance, ensuring team members are adequately skilled to meet team objectives.Projects Engineering Detailed scope and engineering for new projects and revamps. Conduct performance/ functional tests for the new projects.  Dealing with vendors for successful commissioning of the equipment Finalise technical specifications.
