- Processing the group’s monthly payroll- Coordinating with Accounting Team Leaders to calculate overtime, bonuses, sales commissions, deductions, bonus export, advances, and management fees- Coordinating with the HR department to process HR transactions including:vacations, unpaid leave, work from home, business trips, transportation allowances,layoff indemnities- Processing payroll data and inputting it on the company’s HRIS for payroll,MenaHR- Eliminating discrepancies and errors in payroll by properly analyzing records and making corrections when needed- Issuing bank letters and sharing them with Accounting Team Leaders- Handling the issuance of companies’ payroll checks, and ensuring their signature by the authorized party- Retrieving payroll vouchers from MenaHR and transferring them to Traverse- Issuing and releasing monthly salary slips- Handling any and all employee requests and inquiries regarding payroll and providing clarification for employees as needed- Reviewing payroll, tax on salaries, and social security contributions- Managing the tuition fees process, from the collection of supporting documents, the validation and confirmation of tuition fee letters, to the issuance of payments- Testing and reviewing new MenaHR patches in coordination with the HR department- Coordinating with the HR department to ensure all employees’ information is updated- Adding new joiners to their respective company’s payroll and collecting their I-ban numbers- Handling the Employee Transfer file between ITG and its sister companies- Coordinating with Accounting Team Leaders for the yearly NSSF settlement reports- Preparing EOS indemnity settlements- Preparing annual tax on salary reports- Preparing quarterly tax on salary reports and sharing them with Accounting Team Leaders- Adhering to internal payroll policies and procedures and complying with relevant laws
