    As an AmeriCorps member, I worked with 50 students to identify literacy intervention strategies. Based on student assessments, I trained and coached 65 community volunteers to provide weekly 1:1 tutoring sessions for our K-5 readers.I tracked and monitored 53 students' individual growth using data-driven analysis. At Skyline Vista, I prioritized positive relationships with school stakeholders, staff and teachers, and community volunteers. Most importantly, I sought to create a safe space that promoted inclusivity, diversity, and social/emotional well-being for our students.
