These projects were conducted in collaboration with World Bank, Care International, and the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services, respectively.Zambia Health Results Based Financing (HRBF) Follow-Up Survey:Objective: Design and implement sustainable Results-Based Financing (RBF) strategies to effectively improve maternal and child health.Responsibilities: Conducted fieldwork activities to gather data, facilitate surveys, and ensure accuracy in data collection methods.First 1000 Most Critical Days Survey:Objective: Address child undernutrition in Zambia during the critical early childhood period.Responsibilities: Participated in survey administration and data collection efforts aimed at understanding and addressing child undernutrition issues.Social Cash Transfer Verification Exercise:Objective: Verify the accuracy of data from the second round of targeting for the social cash transfer program.Responsibilities: Conducted field verifications to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data collected for the social cash transfer program.Overall, my role as a Field Personnel involved active participation in fieldwork, survey administration, and data collection activities across these projects. Working closely with project stakeholders, I contributed to the achievement of project objectives by ensuring accurate and reliable data collection methods and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
