Participated in Gas Master Planning Study conducted by Fluor.• Conceptualized and initiated Brownfield Habshan Gas Debottlenecking Projects (HCE-1A/B & HCE 2), Greenfield Capacity Expansion (Habshan 3) Project to increase capacity by 1530 million standard cubic feet per day, and Ethane Recovery Maximisation Project (ERM) for additional Raw Ethane Production (>700 TPD) to enhance revenues.• Proposed a change of solvent from DEA to MDEA which after implementation achieved savings of around US$ 5 million per year.• Introduced crude oil associated feed gas processing flexibility by interconnecting GASCO Asab with Asab Condensate Gas Plant in Asab , and Bu Hasa Gas Plant with Gas Complex in Habshan by connecting by pipeline to minimise adverse impact on oil production from those giant oilfields by decoupling and de-constraining ADCO / GASCO oil and gas facilities thus sustaining oil production during outages of a single train in GASCO Asab and one of the gas trains in Bu Hasa including during processing capacity constraints. • Participated in renewal of GASCO Joint Venture Agreement and concluded Restated and Amended Joint Venture and ADNOC Sole Risk collateral agreements. • Proposed to conduct the feasibility study of ethane recovery from Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) product from ADNOC LNG (ADGAS) within LNG specifications) to Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), Japan. Additional role:• Involved in the establishment of ADNOC Linde Industrial Gases Company Limited (ELIXIER), a joint venture between ADNOC (51%) and Linde AG (49%).• Established jointly with Linde AG as a subject matter expert for “business principles” for commercial, financing, and legal terms for the formation of ELIXIER. • Led the ADNOC team for execution of all the ELIXIER transaction documents including establishing selling prices for Gaseous Nitrogen (GAN), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN) and Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Krypton-Xenon mixed product.
