    As a Trainee under the supervision of a Senior Software Engineer, I led a team of four other trainees, all of whom were my colleagues from university. Together, we worked on an exciting project called "Fix My City." The project consisted of an Android application and two websites.The Android application served as the primary interface for citizens to send complaints to their municipality based on their location. The complaints were then received by the municipalities' employees via a web interface. From there, the complaints were forwarded to a specialized team, and the progress of the resolution was tracked. The third website was designed for the public and displayed statistics and reports about the municipalities. This information was used by the media to rate the performance of each municipality.Throughout the project, I learned the basics of Android development, PHP programming language, writing business requirements, planning and scheduling tasks, following up with team members, and writing weekly reports to show the team's progress.Overall, this project allowed me to gain valuable experience in project management, software development, and teamwork.
