    Responsibilities:• Coordinate with marketing, production, purchase, distribution and third party manufacturers to fulfill marketing requirement by providing desired finished stocks in time.• Controlling Raw/Packaging Materials Warehouses, General/Engineering and Finished Goods Warehouses in line with Company’s policies & procedures to ensure attainment of Company’s overall objectives.• Proper, safe, hygienic storage of all materials as per current GMP and EHS requirement.• Materials handling in all Warehouses i.e., Receiving, Storage & Segregation of Materials & Status Labeling of materials by coordinating with warehouse staff and QO.• Following up with QA/QC for release of received materials to ensure their availability in time.• Ensuring availability of General/Engineering & Stationery items through Purchase Department and maintain their inventories within given min/max levels to ensure smooth supply to Production, Engineering and other departments.• Making arrangement for transfer of materials from Wyeth Warehouses to Mactor, Spencer and other sites as required by planning department.• Making arrangement for dispatch of Export and Inst. orders with special packing in time.• Receiving, storage, packing and dispatch of cold chain products • Monitoring storage of inflammable and hazardous materials.• Verifying bills of transporters and to authorize payment by Accounts.• Plan, schedule, organize & control daily task functions & duties so as to achieve most efficient discharge of overall responsibilities.• Preparation/ review of SOP’s • Making arrangement for physical stock check of stocks of all warehouses.• Making arrangements to minimize non-conformances in internal and external audits• Training and development of warehouse staff.
