    Successfully conducting the following responsibilities :  Assist Project manager and chief engineer, in the physical development of all construction activities involved for the construction of bridges and highway work. Ensuring the works contracts and contractual Clauses related to quality or quantities of works to be followed properly. Supervision of site construction procedure and all activities performed for construction. Keep a check that the procedures followed for the construction as per standard practice and as per the specifications and ensure that the work to be done/executed as per the specification and with the best possible Quality Monitoring of all the work performed on bridges. Soil stabilization process in form of engineering fill material (using granular fill material for foundation strengthening). Carried out quality control of earthwork by performing FDT and Laboratory Testing. Installation of concrete piling and pile caps. Checking of rebar’s fixing with respect to bar bending schedule (BBS) and formwork. Quality control of mass concrete as per required specifications. Check the Profile data with respect to drawing, rebar’s and formwork in case of post tensioned girders. Supervision of post tensioning and grouting of pre stressed girders. Monitoring of Girders launching and  Supervision of decking and wearing course of bridge. Ensure that Curing is done properly on time, to protect concrete from loss of moisture. Check independently the structural activity includes shaft, shear blocks, shear keys, transom, concrete pad, bearing pad, Beam, deck Slab, approach slab.  Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
