    1. Regularly visit the field and submit informative field monitoring reports that capture project outputs and provide regular summaries of key issues raised during field visits and make relevant recommendations 2. Monitor project implementation and progress of programs by use of qualitative, quantitative and participatory approaches in data collection from stakeholders 3. Lead in data collection and process monitoring processes such as PDMs, FGDs, exit interviews etc. including technical support, supervision and management of enumerators during data collection 4. Carrying out regular compliance monitoring (including verification work, trainings, distribution, beneficiaries’ selection, and data) 5. Ensuring quality control of data collected from the field based on completeness, reliability, validity, timeliness and integrity6. Carry out follow up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in the action plan, while maintaining “Monitoring action plan tracker” to ensure that Monitoring results are fully utilized. 7. Assist the M&E Officer in development and implementation of M&E tools and ensuring quality assurance of field data especially surveys. 8. Participate in proposal development process including development of indicators, log frames and project M&E plan. 9. Supporting development and ensuring complaint mechanisms are fully functional facilitating/leading the process of the complaint investigation at the field level and ensuring the compliance to the defined process. 10. Provide feedback to program managers on lessons learned, enhancement of programs and contribute to the development of new and amended programs as per monitoring and evaluation findings.
