    Jordan Consutants is diversified onto the actual production of wood proto types from jewelry to fine furniture, We teach CPR and Pro Rescue Medicine to hundreds from M.D.'s to Healthcare providers. ECSI or the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons is the curriculum taught. We have negotioted raises most notably Hershey and the ILWU.. Jordan Consultants has been called in by the USACE when a contractor had a series of accidents and morale was low. We stopped the accidents cold and improved communication between the sub contractors and GC. Many times the General Contractors forget that subs don't have telepathy and 10 minutes each morning make the rest of the day so much less stressful for all concerned. Jordan Consultants is ready to assist the Clean Island Council shoulld we have a major oil leak or other chemical in our waters. The Department of Public Safety find us a willing educational consultant to help convict re -enter society. Normally we stress OSHA or Power Industrial Truck training which are skills employers need to fill ona regular basis. Cultivating a Culture of Safety is job one.

    My father Joseph P Jordan ran a select constructionm which was made of master craftsman. Our firm built the White House press room over the pool which had been JFK's swimming pool, I have worked on projects at the EOB, Andrews AFB ,Bowling AFB and Dahlgren Weapons Command.I was apprenticed in plumbing rough carpentry,masonry and labor. In the office I took bids and learned estimation which was my brothers job. It is harder than it looks to order enough fasteners lumber steel concrete ans hardware and then worry about mudwork, Then estimating whether a bid was to high or low for patching and painting, Today there are formulas. My father could use every piece of what todays contractor throw away and did better work. In the White House the wood work was done by hand leaving it impossible to tell where President Madisons carpenters ended and ours started.
