    I am working in India’s first electricity exchange i.e. Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX), where I am involved in organizing capacity building events and training programs at NLDC, various RLDCs and SLDCs for smooth communication of information between IEX and NLDC/RLDCs/SLDCs. I am also involved in giving Presentation/Training to the core staff of Members/Prospective members regarding trading through exchange. I have acquired thorough understanding of regulatory and commercial aspects of bulk electricity trading in India. I am also involved as core team member for formulizing operational aspects and development of Software for Term Ahead Market (Bilateral Trading through Exchange). Alsop doing Research Analysis of Exchange Data and Preparation of Reports and Regulatory assistance to Vice President on CERC Regulations and Discussion Papers.     I have Worked as a Project Member in the development of India’s 1st Smart Metering project (Network Energy Services System).
