Wave provides Cable TV, Telecommunications, and Data Services, usually co-axial (copper), or fiber. $3 billion+ market cap. • Worked across teams in multiple functions, and prioritized sales through the telephone by working with existing customers. • These functions included: Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Customer Service, Sales Engineering, Billing, Business Intelligence, Legal, Product Development, Quality Assurance and more. • Customers called out to were SMBs (small businesses), mid-size businesses, enterprise, small, medium & large government, small, medium and large not-for-profits, religious organizations, philanthropies & charities, and more. • I and a colleague helped to build this position. • This was a temporary project based position. Matthew built relationships with customers and kept those relationships going throughout course of position. His primary job was to renew contracts. • Through up-selling (selling upgrades), he secured $100,000s in existing annually recurring revenue (ARR) and $10,000s in new ARR. His secondary duty was collections: successfully collected on $10,000s in past due accounts. He worked on a number of complex internal projects, with data analysis, business analysis, and recommendations to improve operations. This involved integration of technology and identification of areas where optimization could occur. Identified internal areas with potential optimizations of $100,000-400,000+ ARR.

To get the credit had to create a functional video game, from scratch, using the technology interface of the renowned Digipen Institute of Technology► A really fun game - it was a player v. player plat-former; the sprites could jump/fly, (under platforms and stand on them) and one guy sent fireballs out of his fists and another punched, and the fireballs could reflect, and the punches could reflect the fireballs. Really hard game to win.
