Customer Installation Management • Provide overall oversight, direction and control for all activities of the Customer Installation department of Air Liquide Egypt, contributing to the achievement of corporate goals and objectives. • Manage installations providing required supply of gases to clients in diverse verticals including steel, construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical and healthcare. • Coordinate with sales and marketing department for securing orders, engineering and installing new gas supply equipment and upgrades as per customer requirements. • Support smooth and efficient operations of around 200 existing customer installations by providing after sales support in terms of planned preventive and curative maintenance and inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, safety valves and control loops. Bulk Gas Supply Chain • Plan, schedule and manage execution of planned preventive and curative maintenance of the company’s logistics fleet comprising of around 50 transporters and bulk vehicles including overhaul of transfer pumps and inspection of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, safety valves and control loops. • Manage expansion plans in various sourcing plants of Air Liquide Egypt to meet the increasing requirements for bulk supply of various gases for customers in diverse segments. • Review and authorize engineering solutions and project budgets submitted by sales department to customers ensuring competitive advantage to secure business to expand sales volumes. • Evaluate and approve bids for appointment of subcontractors for various outsourced jobs required for operations, maintenance and projects of the bulk gases business. • Integrate and support the supply chain of the bulk gases business line across Egypt for providing cost effective and satisfactory service to around 50 bulk transporters. • Participate in developing the business of sales of gas equipment to the industrial gases merchant market.
