Started as a cook opened a training centre introduced Asian cooking in Mauritius - brought in chefs from India Thailand malaysia etc - and worked with underpriviledged and academically weak children training them into cooks - now opening this year Karma management centre with an ayurvedic doctor , an astrologer and a chef . we will also have sessions to teach and practise the clearing of mind conscious subconscus sub sub conscious - through clearing of frustrations- past karmas, to enable harmony within individuals and establish family harmony to prevent families from breaking up .This will also apply to business and corporates who get stuck because of individual or group karmas slowing or blocking progresses at economic , cultural, educational ,spiritual, and social aspects. This is a long journey I took some 25 yrs ago and now ready to share for those who want to benefit from it . Ayurveda _ We will start having training in Ayurvedic massage by our PhD doctors from India and develop Ayurvedic and spiritual Cuisine .We will continue with Training and invite chefs from the world to share their culinary skills with Mauritians chefs and enable our very selected customers (30 seats) to taste your very special touch - Chefs who will be interested to come over pls get in touch -In past years we had Chef Nid from Singapore ,Chef Soundararajan (MAHINDRA), chef Jugesh Arora (RAINTREE),chef Rajesh (THE PARK); chef Debraj (MAHINDRA) Chef Sheetharam from GRT Chennai, Chef Federicco Michelleto from Malaysia etc etc Cuisine and cooking needs to be taken to another level in bringing health harmony and peace of mind at home and at work .
