This will be achieved with the installation of a number of new crude and residue processing units, including crude distillation, residue, VGO hydrocracking units, and hydrotreating units, together with all required supporting units, utilities, and oil movement facilities.Responsible for monitoring and auditing the progress, technical content, and quality of the FEED Contractor’s work relevant to all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works. Design review and approval of FEED Contractor’s calculations, Specifications, Drawings, and other engineering deliverables, Detailed +/-10% accuracy CAPEX estimate report, including detailed methodology and information for overall PROJECT. Attend management and technical meetings, and design reviews on behalf of the Owner.
