    This role encompasses all steps in the M&A transaction. From the very initial market research, company profiling to deal execution. As an associate, I'm given a unique opportunity to oversee and lead some of the key work streams within the transaction. Primarily, preparation of financials and financial modelling of the transaction, collection of data for marketing materials, due diligence and support in sign to close processes. This includes interacting and managing communication with both finance and non-finance functions as well as internal and external stakeholders.
