I contribute to USAID’s Balkan Media Assistance Program (BMAP) which aims to make media practitioners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia more competitive in the local and regional marketplace and strengthening the sustainability of independent media in the region.During my engagement with USAID BMAP in Montenegro as a media HR expert my responsibilities included: - facilitation of the integration process of TV, press and online media,- design and implementation of new organisational structure, - preparation of company policies and procedures in the realm of HR and subsequent collaboration with a local labour law expert thus ensuring processes are in line with local government laws and regulations- moderated and designed a robust top management professional development program specifically in terms of change management- created and implemented an HR training program- mentored HR personel
