Talent Acquistion, HR Generalist and OperationsPrimary responsibilities:Joining Formalities Taking care of joining formalities of new recruits like collecting and filing the documents, distributing the joining kit, sending the necessary requisition to IT dept., Admin dept., ID card etc. Handling new joiners Induction program. Verifying all the documents submitted at the time of joining as per the company policy. Issuing the Offer letter and Appointment letter and taking care for Probation assessment form, NDA, Address proof letters, Confirmation letter, Resignation acceptance, and experience letters. Co-ordination with the new joiners of the internal employee. Preparing and sending the organization announcement to the Head COO and Directors for circulating in the entire organization the details of the new joinees. Handling end to end on-boarding activities for all new joineesRecruitment Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from various sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Departments. Responsible for handling recruitments for the positions like Flash Developer, IOS Developer, Application Developer (HTML5),Graphic Designer, Graphic Artist, Test Engineer,Android Developer,SEO,Content Writer ,etc Sourcing through references, advertisements, job portals, data base etc. to fill the budgeted vacancies. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.MIS reports Preparing and maintaining MIS reports as per the management demand. Preparing weekly and monthly joining Dashboard.Post Offer Follow Up Responsible for establishing contact with candidates who have been given an offer. Responsible for effective follow-up for all the offered candidates. Coordinate with Hiring managers and People Practice team for resolving candidate’s queries at the earliest.
