Having been involved in the entertainment industry in the Cayman Islands for over two decades, Mona Lisa is no stranger to the stage and has performed as lead female vocalist for the band “Heat”, opening for acts such as Byron Lee and the Dragoneers, Krosfyah, Rupee, TC, Inner Circle, Kymani Marley, Harry Belafonte and more. Mona Lisa has also held the post of Stage Manager for "Xposure" (a local talent show created by Music Mogul to scout emerging Caymanian artists), for the world renown reggae group Morgan Heritage who performed in the Cayman Islands in 2007 and for the 2005 CITN Raise the Roof Telethon. She has also done background and lead vocals for Caymanian artist, Mel McCoy's "Little People" album and Heat’s "Party 2000" and "Millennium Jam" albums. She has voiced and appeared in countless radio and television ads and two jingles. Mona Lisa was also a member of the Cayman Islands Folk Choir which debuted in 2010.Now you can occasionally find her hosting musical events and pageants. In 2008, she co-hosted the Cayman Islands BET JazzFest and in 2016 she hosted the Pirates Week Festival Illumination Float Parade and Mogul Cayman's WinterFest 4.0.
