I managed and arranged schedules and ad-hoc HR for the Hong Kong and international teams, ensuring harmony and compassion for team members. My role was to ensure the team based in Spain, Lithuania, Jersey Channel Islands, the UK, and Hong Kong was scheduled and managed expectations within the team.
