    Since May ‘12: L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited-O&M center as Service Manager & DBA• Co-ordinating with the project site ,providing Level II support for Software and Database faults and escalating to the System supplier through Bug Reporting Tool within SLA timelines, ensuring minimum downtime of Toll system for 5 operational projects and levying penalties.• In-House Maintenance of Toll and HTMS hardware and developing the Equipments locally(TCT keyboard, Treadles, Barrier Arms, AVC and TLC SMPS, ECB Cabinet) to minimize the expenditure.• Adapted Service Management software (SMS) to manage Equipments Fault Reports, Preventive Maintenance and Spare Consumption. Analyzing and Evaluating Equipment and Equipment Engineer Performance through SMS.• Implemented Change Request from project with respect to Change of scope from CA. (Electronic data interface (EDI). Interoperable Electronic Toll collection/ CCH Interface, Plaza Monitoring & Lane monitoring cameras.• To analyze the spare part consumption, stock optimization, Route cause analysis, and corrective/preventive maintenance to reduce the breakdown under target for the projects. To ensure adequate inventory of spares and consumable for each system and sub system at all projects.• Guide the existing team at the projects to manage the equipment in order to ensure no SLA deviations.

    Project Details:Deputed at Jaipur- Kishangarh Road Project: This Project is an intranet based project on implemented on ATM technology , using Fibre optics as backbone communication Media over 90 KM to integrate different kind of equipments spread around all the Project Highway .Equipments involved in the project 20 ATMS Nodes, 4 database servers,120 workstations,10CCTV’s 6 Variable Message Sign Board,2 Metrological statin,3 Mobile Radio Communication Base station , 2 variable counting cum classifying station ,86 Emergency communication stations and 12 Lanes.Key Result Area: • Maintenance of Lane Controller Systems and its peripherals (Smart Card Readers, Receipt Printers, Outdoor Touch and Go SCR, Incident Capture Cameras, Auto Exit barriers etc.)• Maintenance of Automatic Traffic Counter cum Classifier (Piezo Electrical Treadles, Loops and ATCC data Logger components), Metrological Stations,• Maintenance of Automatic Vehicle Classification system ( Optical Sensors treadles, Height Sensor & Loops)• Maintenance of Emergency Road Side Telephone System. Monitoring the ATM/Network Connectivity between Field equipments and Control Centers • Database Administration of HTMS Database. Basic Oracle 9i.Firing Queries• Debugging and Maintenance of HTMS Application (VB.NET Programming).
