Work DescriptionVacant Possession (VP)- Coordinate for arrangement on Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure all units are inspected before the issuance of VP.- To arrange appointment with purchasers for joint inspection and physical handover of the property (VP)- Attend to customers complaints professionally compliance company service standard.- To record all complaints and forward for further actionDefect rectification- Identifying the defects and submit defect listing to project team for rectification of defect work.- Sourcing for identify and liaise with consultants, contractors and service providers for alliance to provide property support service to customer.- Follow up rectification work with Clark of Work (C.O.W) and Project Manager in order to deliver higher quality of work.- To perform Joint Inspection with purchaser and C.O.W to sign off defect after rectification defect complete.- Maintaining good records of all operation activities and prepare periodic reports.-To inspect all unsold units before end of contractor’s DLP.Mentoring- Trained and handled new customer service staff on VP procedure, SOP for defect rectification progress and system.- To prepare documentation and processes for key collection.- Conducting briefing and coaching sessions on regular basis to ensure team members’ work is carried out accurately and highlight on all outstanding cases.
