Monitoring all warranty claims and initiating the process according to requirement. • Accounting for all documents ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly. • Holding daily and weekly service meetings with service staff and instructing and scheduling the activities of service department staff. • Monitoring and maintaining technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records. • Monitoring and following the parts department and parts manager on order of high value parts and non-available parts and ensuring availability. • Managed and establishing good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
