    Lead QC inspectors, and document reviewer on the office and on the site .• Reports to QA/QC Manager on the implementation of quality system in the project and any observed non - conformance.• Ensure implementation of all requirements relevant codes, standards, project specifications and method of statements. • Daily Inspection for all ongoing activities and received Materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, shop drawings, method statements and approvals• Monitoring all Mechanical Works undertaken by the MEP/steel subcontractor including, Air Conditioning, Fire Fighting, Plumbing works, and steel structure erection and inspection .• Site Surveillance of all mechanical/steel works to monitor the progress and quality of installation against the project schedule and specification. • Review the Mechanical subcontractors’ technical submittals/method statement /inspection and test plans and issue comments for compliance against the project specification and the related codes and standard.(SMACNA ,DW144,NFPA,ASTM,ASME)• Review and monitor all the commissioning activities and project hand over document • Coordinate with the consultant/client to clear all the technical and coordination issues.
