Responsible for Planning Business analysis Project using Odoo ERP(Open ERP Software ) implementation of Alazzaz Holding Group (7 companies) in Dammam ,Saudi Arabia The services covered the group companies “Chemicals, Printing, civil contracting, Electromechanical contracting, steel pipes trading, building material trading and testing services” The first phase of an ERP implementation is the diagnostic phase. The purpose of the diagnostic phase is to gather information at a high level from the client. This is the starting point for defining the scope of the project. Based on the initial findings in the diagnostic phase a rough timeline for the project can be compiled. From the “Diagnostic” a proposal can be presented to the client for review and approval output of this phase is signed Project Scope Document. Prior to moving on to the next phase, the Analysis Phase, it is critical to determine and agree on what the measurements of success are going to be. Business Analysis Plan created and verfied with stackholders . The Analysis Phase is the Second Phase of the project. It is during this phase the Project scope document and business analysis plan are the inputs of this stage then Requirement Elicitation process statrted to complete the process of gathering requirements is usually more than simply asking the users what they need and writing their answers down. Depending on the complexity of the application, the process for gathering requirements has a clearly defined process of its own. Document the way to , and teache user department staff to employ clear decision-making criteria so that management can appropriately choose bwteen conflicting objectives such as information Integraty , availability , information timelines and information security. Provide technical support consulting services to users and user department managers so as to allow them to achive buiseness goals, while at the same time ensuring that the envisioned system is adequately secure , reliable, managable and supportable.
