    As the technical director of the speedball national team, I have had the privilege of leading and developing talented athletes, while also managing a team of coaches and achieving impressive results. Some of my key accomplishments include:- Achieving the distinction of being the youngest technical director in both the club and the sport.- Coordinating and managing a team of 14 coaches, setting both short and long-term goals for every season.- Leading the team to a 3rd place finish in the national championship for three consecutive years, and a 2nd place finish in the club's world championship.These achievements have allowed me to gain valuable experience in leadership, coaching, and team management, as well as a deep appreciation for the sport of speedball and the dedication required to succeed at the highest levels.
