    Manage an events calendar for deployment a leased satellite truck and crew, being the main point of contact for the crew.Putting plans on monthly bases and to make sure that the producers will stick with these plans.Finding solutions to make sure that the broadcaster clients will receive their services efficiently and smoothly.Implementing essential plans and logistics for any project and provide the decision makers with my point view so they can take the right action.Working closely with the assignments Editor and Head of News to try and meet their requirements for weekly news coverage, helping forward plan resources and communicate costs.Maintain all the database of in-house and third party facilities, updating costs & technical information, and grouping resources as appropriate.Supervising the work flow for the international and local desk as well.Over view the traffic mails between VCS producers and both of vendors and the broadcaster clients.Giving the advice to the producers on both the international and local desks.Providing training courses to new employees.Holding monthly meeting with the producers to discuss our achievements and difficulties and put the plans to overcome these difficulties in future.Reviewing our rate card and the vendor’s rate cards every six months to make sure that we are parallel to them.Liaise with all satellite and production service providers, ensuring quality and economy of service is maintained; review bulk commitment and initiate new agreements as appropriate.Work with other operations department management to review facilities, contracts and future infrastructure requirements.Managing ad-hoc satellite budget, reporting monthly spending to accounts department. Proactively attempt tp manage the needs and requests of the clients whilst maintaining best value for services from suppliers, and remaining with budget.Commercially minded, to book cost-effective time on Satellite bookings.
