     Develop and implement security & safety policies and procedures. Mange security & safety operations department plan & budget on yearly basis. Monitor the day-to-day operations of security & safety teams to meet Department’s plan.  Control & Monitor Halwani’s premises “2 main factories, 10 Branch & 10 warehouses across Egypt”. Design & implement training preventive security programs to ensure all incidents occurred in the company are documented. Identifying and assessing the security threats and risks which may affect company operations. Design and implement company contingency plan in case of emergencies inside factories. Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law Control the workers’ movement inside the factories through inspection of safety devices and alarms such as the operating camera surveillance and alarm console. Manage company investigations regarding any suspicious worker suspected of theft or abnormal behavior or general appearance within the factory and resolve incident and breaches. Coordinate with governmental authorities; police & military Responsible of raising the security & safety awareness for workers in factories & all branches. Provide top management with complete and clear statistical reports on security & safety status on monthly basis.
